Hello everyone,

As a military serviceman and a fellow tech user, I want to share my shocking experience with the Pulsar/Yukon Advanced Optics headquarters in Vilnius. I want the European and Lithuanian hunting community to see how this "global leader" treats its users and shamelessly breaks its promises.

Here is the exact timeline of how Pulsar deceived me:

1. The Chief After-Sales Officer of Pulsar, Tomas Pukas, officially promised me a financial refund of EUR 3,000. I accepted this setup so I could purchase another reliable device needed for my combat missions.
2. Suddenly, Pulsar unilaterally breached this official agreement and refused the refund.
3. Instead, their support team stated in official corporate messages that they would provide a brand-new, better model — the Talion XQ35 Pro.
4. But the deception did not stop there. When my authorized representative arrived at their office, Pulsar's team literally lied to him and physically handed over an old, refurbished Talion XQ38 instead of the promised brand-new XQ35 Pro!

This device was brought to Ukraine, but I have strictly refused to accept it from my representative. I will not touch it.

When I confronted Pulsar's support and management (including Olga) about this blatant lie and demanded official documentation or an invoice proving they issued an XQ35 Pro, they completely ignored me and stated that "refusing this replacement is not a valid reason for a refund." They are claiming one thing in official messages, but physically covering up fraud in their office.

There are absolutely no limits to their lies, and this treatment is unacceptable.

I have all the official corporate messages, chat logs, and screenshots proving every single word written here. I am officially taking this case to international hunting associations and the European Consumer Protection Boards (VVTAT).

Beware of how this brand handles its official commitments.

Dmytro

To "brudas": Stop looking for ghosts and Russian bots where they don't exist. I am a real person and a customer who paid thousands of euros of my own hard-earned money for Pulsar equipment. This has nothing to do with politics or propaganda — this is a pure consumer rights issue.

Pulsar's Chief After-Sales Officer, Tomas Pukas, officially promised me a EUR 3,000 refund in writing, and then his team unilaterally broke that promise and physically tried to slip an old, refurbished Talion XQ38 to my representative instead of a brand-new XQ35 Pro.

Look at the links I provided above. Look at the serial numbers. If you think photo proof of corporate fraud is "propaganda", then you are just blindly protecting a company that cheats its users. I am going to the end with VVTAT (Lithuanian Consumer Rights Board) to prove my point.

If you are truly a real Ukrainian serviceman, then independent verification would solve this situation much faster than endless arguments on hunting forums.
That does NOT automatically mean you are fake. But it does mean independent verification matters.
So instead of arguing endlessly on a Lithuanian hunting forum, contact a trusted organization such as Blue/Yellow in Lithuania. People like Jonas Ohman and Andrius Tapinas have direct Ukrainian military contacts and real verification channels. If your case is genuine, documented and important, they can:
verify your identity,
verify the equipment story,
contact Pulsar directly,
and if necessary raise the issue publicly through media or their networks.
You can contact them through:
https://blue-yellow.lt
Facebook: Blue / Yellow for Ukraine
Facebook: Andrius Tapinas
Facebook: Jonas Ohman
That would be much more credible than anonymous forum posts and screenshot links.

I will not delete this thread until Pulsar officially resolves this issue, keeps its written promise, and processes my EUR 3,000 refund. This is not a "discussion" — this is a documented case of consumer fraud. Once the company fulfills its obligation, the matter will be closed. Until then, the truth stays here.

Thank you for this constructive advice. I absolutely agree with you. I am not hiding, I am a real person, and I have absolutely nothing to fear because every single word, serial number, and photo I shared is 100% genuine.

I accept your challenge. Tomorrow morning, I am directly contacting Jonas Ohman, Andrius Tapinas, and the "Blue / Yellow" foundation. I will hand over the entire official chat history with Pulsar support, the written refund promise from Chief After-Sales Officer Tomas Pukas, and the photos of the Talion XQ38 they tried to slip my representative.

Let the most trusted volunteers in Lithuania audit this case and see how Pulsar treats Ukrainian soldiers behind closed doors. Thank you for giving me the perfect channel to bring this corporate fraud to light.

I am writing this here so that every single member of this community and every hunter in Europe knows the truth: Pulsar is a company of scammers who break their official written promises and treat soldiers with total contempt.

I don't expect you to solve it. I am exposing them here because the truth belongs in public. If a global brand can lie about a EUR 3,000 refund and try to slip a refurbished old unit to a military man who has been left without a tool for 7 months, everyone should know who they are buying from. Silence only protects scammers.

CON DECEPTIVE FRAUD AND LIES BY PULSAR MANAGEMENT.

For 7 months on the frontlines in Ukraine, I was left without a vital operational thermal device because my unit failed 4 times. Pulsar officially accepted the device for repair at their factory in Lithuania four consecutive times. Recognizing their systemic technical failure, Pulsar’s Chief After-Sales Officer, Tomas Pukas, signed an official commitment to issue a full EUR 3,000 refund.

What followed is pure corporate fraud. Instead of the refund, they covertly slipped an old, refurbished Talion XQ38 unit to my representative. Pulsar then publicly lied, claiming they delivered an upgraded XQ35 Pro. The moment I presented undeniable photographic proof of this model substitution, Pulsar support immediately retracted their words, refused the refund, and shamefully blamed their Polish distributor.

Pulsar accepted my device at their Lithuanian factory 4 times, but when it came to financial accountability, they ran away and blamed others. Absolute disgrace, zero honor, and a total breach of contract against a front-line soldier. Avoid this brand at all costs. Complete evidence file with military ID and signed contracts has been sent to major European defense funds and media.
